4. Mary Ann Camp and Anne Carter made a presentation on the Performance Appraisal/Annual
Review Form. This was in response to a concern of the form being weighted by the number
of Performance Appraisal Factors. A number of scenarios were displayed in a visual
presentation. Anyone with further questions may contact Human Resources.

Finance Committee: Ginny Reed - Senate account balance is $8,207.82.

AD-Hoc Bylaws Committee: None
Issues Review Committee: Diane Cooper read the approved snow delay equality letter that will be sent to Dr.
Smith. Dr. Carson is reviewing the memorandum on Child Care. They did review the number
of children and the Child Care Center can only hold 12 additional children after school.
Traffic/Parking Authority: Hazel Haywood - None

Kathy Kolby asked everyone to stop by the art museum and see "Noah's Art."
The issue of Merit raises was brought up. Could the University find funds even if
it were from Operating funds? It was pointed out that of the proposed 2% in January
1% will be coming from within the University.
The senate sent Tommie Polk a sympathy card on the loss of her mother.
