• Create a safe, efficient, integrated transportation system in which walking, bicycling, and public transit complement automobile travel

Provide leadership to identify and implement environmentally sustainable practices on campus and in the community

• Implement the University’s Sustainability plan
• Engage with the community to advance sustainability

Adopt innovative ways of realizing the campus master plan

• Seek and realize space and facility opportunities as they arise
• Leverage external funding for priority capital projects and land acquisitions
