Tulane Apartment Survey

In early 2016, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) ended subsidies due to poor living conditions for a set of apartments owned and managed by a faith-based nonprofit organization. The result was to make them financially unviable. The issue then became, what was to happen to the current residents of those apartments? One part of that issue was the preferences of the apartment residents. The City of Memphis asked the School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy's assistance in answering that question. The Tulane Apartment's Resident Survey conducted by Dr. Michael Howell-Moroney, Department of Public and Nonprofit Administration and Dr. Stephen Soifer, Department of Social Work provides the resident's answers.
