In 2003 after a 33 year hiatus from college life, Sherri joined Dean Ranta's staff and enrolled in classes. She later enjoyed two exciting years as Administrative Secretary in Student Activities.

In May 2007 she graduated cum laude from University College with a BPS in PR & Management and a minor in English. She is a member of the Journalism Alumni Mentorship Program and PRSA. Ever since she played "Mistress Mary, Quite Contrary" in kindergarten, Sherri's first love has been live theatre. In March 2007, she was delighted to find a home in the Department of Theatre & Dance proving that, "If you can dream it, you can do it."
