Congratulations to all U of M Ostrander Award winners!
Every year in August the Memphis theatre community gets together to celebrate the
previous season of theatre in Memphis with the Ostrander Awards hosted by Memphis
Magazine. The MC this year was non other than Sister Myotis, a character created by
our on alum, Steve Swift. The awards are broken down into two categories of shows
– community and college. There is a select number of judges for each category who
attend theatre all year and then vote on what they thought was the best the city had
to offer. This year the college judges honored the U of M with the following awards.
