Freeman Scholars for Fall 2012

The Tigers Teach Team is very pleased to announce that the following four students have been named as Freeman Scholars for Fall 2012. They will be providing academic assistance to other students in the program:

1. Vanesha Gunn, Junior, Mathematical Sciences.
2. Sheri Hobson, Senior, Mathematical Sciences.
3. Jessica Smith, Senior, Biology and Spanish.
4. Molly Zills, Senior, Mathematical Sciences.

The Freeman Scholars are supported by a generous gift from Dr. Jerre and Anne Freeman. They are continuing a family tradition of support for students started by Dr. Jerre Freeman's uncle, Dr. Chester Peter Freeman, who taught biology at U of M for over 30 years. The Tigers Teach Team thanks them for their generosity.

Sheri Hobson wins Giftcard

Our very own Sheri Hobson won the $25 gift card for the University Bookstore by providing the most books to the Tigers Teach Student Society book drive.

Tigers Teach Pre-Residency Scholarships for Fall 2012
