Immunization Forms for New Students
The Student Health Services office maintains a website that outlines the immunizations that new students will
need to receive before registering for classes. Tennessee state law dictate that
all students comply with the immunization requirements as outlined. Completion of
the immunization form is required to register full time.

Enrollment Verification
Do you need verification that you student is enrolled for medical insurance, car insurance,
or anything else? Students can request enrollment verification from the National Student Clearinghouse or from the Registrar’s office. For complete details on how to request enrollment verification, please click here.
Adult and Commuter Student Services
Within the University, there is an office dedicated to adult and commuter students
and serving their unique needs. They offer many resources for students that commute
to campus, including
- A commuter lounge with couches, microwave and refrigerator
- Quiet study area with computers

- Monthly e-newsletter
- Seminars with topics of interest to commuter students
