What's a compromised account?
A hacked or compromised account is the unauthorized use of an account by someone other than the account owner. Remember, ITS will never ask for your password via email or phone.
Who Can Request?
Requests can be made by affiliates and non-affiliates of the UofM.
How to Request Service?
If you suspect an account has been compromised, please contact the Service Desk immediately at 901.678.8888. Any suspicious email may be forwarded to email@example.com to be investigated.
What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?
To report suspicious activity related to a UofM account, the email address of the suspicious activity is required.
