Computer Lab: Repair Equipment

Service Description: 

Repair lab equipment, including computer station, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer.

Who Can Request? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, or Students.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, submit a service ticket.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to enter your affiliation, building, and room number of the lab. Also include a number at which the technician can reach you, in case additional information is needed.
