Service Description: 

Users encountering a problem with the functionality of their University owned desktop, laptop, or tablet computer can request the assistance of an ITS employee.

Who Can Request? 

Requests can be made by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers/Graduate Assistants.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit a service ticket.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

When entering your request, be sure to include your affiliation, contact number, your building, and room number. Also include a detailed description of the problem you are encountering and whether the problem/issue is for a Windows (PC) or Apple (Mac) operating system.
