umWiki—How can faculty and staff get consulting and training on this service?
umWiki is the University document share and collaboration tool that can be used to create documents, create web pages, and share them with others for viewing and/or editing. umWiki requires an active university account for access. Students are allowed to create a pages in their personal wiki space. Students are not allowed to create additional spaces. Faculty and staff are allowed to create as many spaces and pages as they desire. umWiki - https://umwiki.memphis.edu.

How to Request Service?
This service is automatically integrated into myMemphis. Training opportunities are available via Learning Curve at https://bf.memphis.edu/training. CTL also offers "Meet with a Trainer Tuesdays" available online every Tuesday from 8:00am to 8:00pm at https://memphis.edu/umtech/teaching.
What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?
In Learning Curve, select "Manage Your Training", sign in using your UofM credentials, select "Class Schedule/Registration". Here you will select from the list of available training opportunities. Also, "Meet with a Trainer Tuesdays" is an online chat session for immediate help fulfilling a service request.
