Data Center/Server Hosting

Service Description: 

ITS provides virtual or physical server hosting in our state of the art data center. Data center features:

• Climate controlled with redundant air handlers
• Fire detection and suppression
• Battery backup and standby generators
• Redundant network connectivity
• Secure access with video monitoring and alarm system

Additional services offered with hosting agreement:

• Windows/Linux OS provisioning and administration
• System health monitoring and alerting
• High speed fiber channel SAN
• Backups with offsite replication
• Vulnerability scanning and security patching
• Load Balancing
• Data Center Firewall

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Request can be made by Faculty and Staff.
