Service Description:

The University's Data Warehouse is a database designed for analytical and information processing. The warehouse is a read-only collection of data intended to answer business questions. Data structures are de-normalized to make query building easier. It has detail data, summary data, snapshot data, history data, raw data, metadata and archive data - Argos and Power BI. 

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service?

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?

Enter 'Data Warehouse' and the Report ID (if known and already exists) followed by a brief description of your request in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description of your request in the Details field. You can also add attachments if necessary. The more information that you can provide here, the faster and more accurately your ticket can be routed to the appropriate resource.
