OnBase (Matrix) Access Instructions

 

Service Description: 

Access to OnBase (Unity Client, Thick Client, Virtual Print Driver, Scan Station Client) is available via umApps. You will only be able to see the OnBase clients which you have been granted access to. If you do not have OnBase access and need access, see Who to Contact for OnBase Security Access. For more information on each of the different OnBase clients, including login instructions for each one, please click here. Please contact your LSP (Local Support Provider) if you need assistance with umApps.

Who may request (or are eligible) for this service? 

Requests can be made by Faculty and Staff.

How to Request Service?

To request assistance, please submit an online service request.

What Information is Needed to Fulfill the Service Request?  

Specify which OnBase Client you are having issues accessing (Unity Client, Thick Client, Virtual Print Driver, Scan Station Client) followed by a brief description of your issue in the Brief Description field and enter a thorough description in the Details field. Installation of the Citrix Workspace App should be handled by your LSP (Local Support Provider).
