BlueJeans

Service Description: 

BlueJeans is a cloud-based video conference service. It allows users to conduct live, multi-person conferences from any video-enabled device with internet access. Using only a webcam, microphone, and a web browser, BlueJeans allows people to meet, share, and collaborate virtually from their desktop or mobile device. This allows classes or groups to meet synchronously online, with up to 25 participants.

Who Can Request? 

Active Faculty, students, and staff. 

How to Request Service?

To access BlueJeans: Go to https://memphis.bluejeans.com/; Click Login the lower left corner of window, Login using your University of Memphis UUID (the beginning of your @memphis.edu email address) and password. Once you have logged in you will see the homepage. From here you can schedule a meeting or start an instant meeting to collaborate with others.

What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?  

Submit an online request to the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) or please contact umtech@memphis.edu.
