myMemphis portal is automatically generated upon established UofM account. Documentation for the myMemphis Portal can be accessed by clicking on the Help ( ? ) button from within myMemphis.
What Information Do I Need to Fulfill Service Request?
On the service ticket, include your contact number, urgency, and specific information you are requesting on the service in the "Information" field. If needed, you may also use the option to upload attachments and notes.
