If you are a Mac user, these instructions are for synching your UMmail Exchange account with your mail account in Snow Leopard while on campus.

Click Go in the top toolbar of you desktop.
Select Applications from the drop-down menu.


Double-click Mail.
The mail setup wizard will open.
Click Next.
Type your full name.
Type your memphis.edu email address.
Type your memphis.edu email password.
Click Continue.


Double-check the information displayed.
The server address should be shown as ummail.memphis.edu.
If you would like to sync your contacts and calendar, leave those boxes check-marked.  If not, click the check-marks to remove them.
Click Create.
