2013 University College Annual Award Ceremony Nomination Form

 Outstanding Academic Achievement Awards
This award honors the achievement of two University College students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and scholarly potential in their particular University College's baccalaureate contract.

 Outstanding Graduate Student Award
This award will be presented to a graduate student who has demonstrated academic commitment and scholarly acheivement.

 Outstanding Distance Education Student Awards
Two awards will be presented to undergraduate students completing courses work away from the main campus and demonstrate unusual commitment and scholarly acheivement. 

 Alma Bucovaz Faculty Urban Service Award
This award will be presented to a faculty member for commitment to the college and dedication to solving of urban problems.

This award will be presented to a student for commitment to the college and dedication to solving of urban

 Distinguished Faculty Award
This award will be presented to a faculty member for demonstrating outstanding service and dedication over the years by teaching courses, advising students, and supporting the mission of the College.
