The Health Services Administration degree concentration can be utilized by experienced
health care professionals or paraprofessionals who have completed non-baccalaureate
programs in health care specialties and who want to move into roles as administrators
in health care settings. In many cases, they will seek the knowledge, values, and
skills to enable them to become unit managers in their fields. The areas they will
represent include, but are not limited to, the following: nursing, medical laboratory
technology, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, and cardiovascular technology.
