Textbooks for Tiger Veterans
This program is open to all military connected student veterans and eligible military dependents, regardless of GI Bill status currently registered in University of Memphis courses. This will be on a first come first served basis, with priority given to those students who do not receive a book stipend/scholarship. The program works and sustains itself by having qualified students check out their textbooks for an entire semester. They then must return the books to our program so that books can continue to be loaned out to other students in the subsequent semesters.
Books are available if you are taking courses at any University of Memphis campuses. You will need to visit the Veterans and Military Student Services Center (VMSSC), located in the University Center on the main campus, to obtain your request form and the form must be returned to VMSSC staff to be approved. Once books are purchased they can be picked up in the VMSSC.
