WebDev Meeting Minutes for November 9, 2011

We will meet today from 2PM – 3PM.  We will have an update on the OU Campus migration and answers questions (if we can).

OU Campus Update

Web Services working on top-level clean-up from the OmniUpdate migration; components, style sheets, etc. After initial clean-up, we'll request that site administrators review / compare the new OU Campus pages to current production sites.

OU Campus WebEx initial End-User training and Admin Training set for Wednesday and Thursday of next week (Nov. 16-17). This training can be at your own desktop via WebEx online.

User-training dates for on campus training set for November 29-30. Training will be held in McWherter Library second floor.

OmniUpdate technicians reviewing service requests for issues. Discussions and questions, etc.
