Fall 2016 Highlights
The beginning of the fall semester 2016 at KWS was the first full semester since the merger with Sport and Leisure Management. In addition, to this we had several new faculty members join us. Inspired by their travels, students who studied abroad in the spring/summer brought back tales of their adventures. As the semester progressed students participated in many activities that not only showcased their talents but provided them with many opportunities to to learn new skills and network. Several faculty members had their research published and some undergraduate students got their first taste of what it looks like to do a research paper. The semester ended with the addition of a new staff member and our fall 2016 graduates leaving us to pursue careers.
