Memphis jazz master Kirk Whalum and New Direction Christian Church invites everyone to a special holiday concert, A Gospel According to Jazz Christmas. It includes performances by Whalum himself, world renowned pianist Keiko Matsui, and BET's Sunday Best Winner and vocalist Amber Bullock.

The concert also features Kevin Whalum and John Stoddart with special guest "New Direction's Live & Direct Choir." The event takes place Friday, November 30th, 2012 at 8 p.m. It will be held at New Direction Christian Church, located on 6120 Winchester Road.

All seats are general admission, and tickets are available.
