Nashville Celebrates 14th Annual Jazz Festival

The 14th Annual Jefferson Street Jazz & Blues Festival, brings community and music
together again...in more ways than one! This year's events will again include the
Bridging the Gap party on the Shelby Street Bridge on Friday, June 20th, 2014; and
the much anticipated, music-filled Jefferson Street Jazz & Blues Festival on Saturday,
June 21st, 2014.
Bridging the Gap Mixer is a highly anticipated party to celebrate the Jefferson Street
Jazz & Blues Festival! This event hosts two live bands on each end of the John Seigenthaler
Bridge (formerly known as the Shelby Street Bridge) with DJ Victor Chatman in the
center of the bridge. Patrons will also be able to enjoy great local eateries in town!
Bridging the Gap begins at 7:00 p.m. with gates opening at 6:00 p.m. Live musical
performances, vendors and great food set the tone for great fun! Tickets are $10 (general
admission) and $20 (VIP).
Jefferson Street Jazz & Blues Festival is a day-long event showcasing Jazz & Blues,
as well as celebrating the musical heritage of Jefferson Street. This year's event
will again feature national and local artists and will take place at the Bicentennial
Capitol Mall Amphitheater (in downtown Nashville). This event will occur rain or shine.
Tickets are $10 (general admission) and $20 (VIP).
