Memphis Musicians Provide Live Jazz At King's Palace

King's Palace CafeKing's Palace Café in Downtown Memphis hosts several local jazz musicians that provide high quality entertainment. While it is enjoying a meal or listening to some great tunes, there is someone performing every night.

Located on historic 162 Beale Street, King's provides live performances. On Sunday through Thursday, string guitarist David Bowen, known for songs such as "David's Blues" and "Brotha's Keepa," plays from 5:30 - 9:30 p.m.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the Memphis Jazz Trio performs live for your listening pleasure. The band features Michaelyn Oby, who blends Neo-soul and Traditional Jazz together. He is accompanied by his bandmates, the legendary drummer Renardo Ward and keyboardist extraordinaire Alvie Ghivan.
