We invite all middle and high school groups to tour the University of Memphis campus. If you plan to bring a group of 10 or more people to campus, we ask that you register for a group tour. All students must be in at least 6th grade to participate in the campus tour. You must bring 1 chaperone for every 15 students in your group. We are able to accommodate group tours of a maximum of 100 people, including students and chaperones.
Group tours for high school groups include a 60-minute walking tour with a student tour guide. Students must be in 9th-12th grade. Tours are conducted rain or shine, so please encourage your students to dress appropriately. Reservations are required. We cannot guarantee your preferred date and time, so please try to schedule your visit at least three weeks in advance.
Group tours for middle school groups include a 60-minute scavenger hunt campus tour. Students must be in 6th-8th grade. These tours are self-guided and led by the chaperones. We offer clues and maps for chaperones who are unfamiliar with the UofM campus. Reservations are required; however, we are very flexible with times, and can offer these tours at any time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Please let us know what time works best for your group.
