This unique academy of inclusive excellence is designed to expose Black boys to college and career preparation as well as develop leadership skills, resilience, a positive concept of self and racial pride.

Each year, we seek an exceptional group of rising 8th grade Black boys to induct in the African American Male Academy. After induction, the academy scholars will meet monthly throughout the year. Selected inductees are expected to participate in all monthly activities (planned absences may be excused with proper notice) and continue with the academy through high school to graduation.
