About Mr. Strahl
Dan Strahl is currently the Associate Director of Research for the Center for Research in Educational Policy (CREP) at The University of Memphis. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Memphis State University and his Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Memphis. Dan is responsible for CREP management, logistics, and communications. He has extensive experience managing and coordinating district and state wide evaluations across the country. In addition, he has personally conducted many hours of classroom observations and trained numerous other research professionals. Dan has served as Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator for numerous evaluations, often responsible for project logistics, instrument development, and coordination of the entire research team. Aside from his work at CREP, he has also taught pre-service and in-service teachers how to effectively integrate technology and inquiry-based learning in the classroom as an instructor (undergraduate and graduate) at The University of Memphis.
