About Ms. Muzzi

Ms. Muzzi is a Research Associate and the survey manager for the Center for Research in Educational Policy (CREP) at The University of Memphis.  She manages the deployment of all online surveys used for CREP projects. In addition, she participates in all levels of research design, implementation, and report writing.  Other research projects included Hybrid Algebra Intervention, MemphiSTEM, Illinois charter schools, literature reports for the Appalachian states, University of Tennessee Health and Science Center's problem-based learning program, Dyersburg State Community College strengthening institution program, and Smithsonian Science Education Center (SSEC) Laser i3 Project.  In addition to serving as project manager on multi-year evaluations, Ms. Muzzi has also enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with other researchers and evaluators in conducting field research.  Through site visits, classroom observations, and teacher focus groups, she continues to contribute to evaluations which address strengthening college level curriculum and mentoring.  Over the past eight years, she has spent much of her time working with schools across four states forseveral SSEC evaluations and data collection.  She appreciates the ability to synthesize academic research with practical, on-site research experience.
