New Employee Training Requirements

To meet requirements designated by OSHA and other federal and state agencies, please complete all of the following actions:

  1. Register for and attend "Workplace Safety by EH&S" training. Please visit Learning Curve to register for the class session that best fits your schedule. Please NOTE: this training is not an online course, and registration is required.
    • Select "Manage your training," and log in, using your University ID and password.
    • Select "class schedule/registration."
    • Use the dropdown menu to choose the category "Health and Safety."
    • Locate and register for the Workplace Safety course that works best for you.
  2. Complete required training courses online based on your training group.
    • Log in HERE, using your University ID and password.
    • Click "Enroll in New Course."
    • Determine your specific training requirements by using the table below.
    • Contact Ashley Koehler if you have any problems with this process.

Note: Employees MUST be on the clock for this training. If the training time occurs outside of your normal working hours, work with your supervisor to arrange your attendance.
