Academic Summary

Shanna Cameron teaches courses in technical and professional communication and first-year writing. Her research focuses on the ways patients write collaboratively in digital spaces to advocate for themselves and their illnesses. Her research interests include the rhetoric of health and medicine, feminist theories and practices, digital rhetoric, and social justice/activism in technical communication.
