Beta Alpha Psi

As the premier professional accounting and business information academic organization, Beta Alpha Psi recognizes academic excellence and complements members’ formal education by providing interaction between students, faculty, and professionals, as well as fostering lifelong growth, service, and ethical conduct.

Financial Management Association

The Financial Management Association is a student led club dedicated to promoting interest in Finance and related areas. Students may hear speakers from the professional world and learn about opportunities in Corporate Finance, Banking, and Investments. This group encourages participation in internships and helps students to learn about opportunities for graduate studies in business and Finance.

Fogelman College Of Business Student Delegate Board

The purposes of this organization is to encourage students to choose the Fogelman College of Business and Economics as their college of choice. We strive to provide quality customer service to students, parents, event sponsors, and visiting personnel. Additionally, we provide informational support for students, parents, and visitors regarding academic programs, student activities, and campus life. It is our goal to enrich the experience for all students in the Fogelman College of Business and Economics and to serve as a liaison between the students and the administration.

International Business Student Organization (IBSO)

Our mission is to enhance the ability of FCBE students to perform and conduct business on a global scale with a superior understanding of the many diverse international market and business practices.

MILE

MILE's mission is to prepare Fogelman College students to be future leaders in Memphis and the Mid-South through leadership development programs and mentoring. We match highly motivated, high ability students with Memphis business leaders and provide leadership education and training through a structured six month program.

SHRM

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a professional organization dedicated to the professional advancement of human resource (HR) management.  The University of Memphis Student Chapter of SHRM provides innovative programming for students to learn more about the HR profession and network with local HR professionals via professional chapter meetings, seminars, job shadowing, and internships.

Student American Marketing Association

The purpose of SAMA will be to encourage and facilitate ongoing student involvement in the academics and importance of Marketing.

Student Veterans in Business Association (SVBA)

Especially for student veterans within Fogelman College, this organization focuses on assisting them in developing the professional skills they need to successfully start a promising career upon graduation. The SVBA also works to enhance the student veteran experience by providing opportunities for integration into campus life and culture, as well as the Memphis community.

Lambda Alpha – Real Estate Fraternity

Lambda Alpha Real Estate Student Organization is sponsored by Lambda Alpha International (LAI), an honorary society for the advancement of land economics. LAI provides a forum for the study and advancement of land economics where the "winnowing and sifting" of ideas takes place in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Those students interested in the field of Real Estate are invited to join us in several meetings to hear speakers from the Real Estate profession and learn about career opportunities in Real Estate.

Supply Chain Management Student Association

The Supply Chain Management Student Association provides students with an opportunity to learn more about supply chain and to network with industry leaders. Guest speakers are invited to engage with students, share their business experiences and present current challenges and victories in supply chain. SCMA also exposes students to other presentations on a variety of topics, that include scoping out a job in supply chain and resume building to current events and common workplace challenges. Tours of those companies with headquarters or distribution centers in the area occur each semester.
