The purpose of Tigers First is to bring first generation college students together so they can have the connections and resources they need to get through college successfully. Frosh Camp at the University of Memphis is a four-day extended orientation program that supports incoming students' transition into college by exposing them to University programs, resources, and traditions while connecting them to current and future student leaders in a diverse environment. The Tiger Leadership Institute is a program that intends to make long-term leadership education available to any undergraduate student at the University of Memphis. Three levels of training are offered, with each level having a specific audience and purpose. Registration is open the first two weeks of each semester.
