Student Complaint Procedures

 

For complaints related to academic courses, course instruction and/or faculty/instructors within the College of Health Sciences, please follow these steps:

  1. Email the faculty member/instructor outlining the details of the complaint to see if it can be resolved via
    email.
  2. If not resolved in step 1, schedule a time to meet with the faculty member/instructor to discuss the
    issue.
  3. If not resolved in steps 1 or 2, schedule a meeting with the Academic Program Unit Coordinator.
  4. If the Unit Coordinator is unable to resolve the complaint, the student may request a meeting with the College dean.

For complaints related to College of Health Sciences administration (customer service), course curriculum, advising and/or policy
concerns, please follow these steps:

  1. Email the assistant director of student services outlining the details of the complaint to see if it can be
    resolved via email.
  2. If not resolved in step 1, schedule a time to meet and discuss.
  3. If the matter is not resolved in steps 1 or 2, the student may request a meeting with our College dean.
