Student Complaint Procedures
For complaints related to academic courses, course instruction and/or faculty/instructors within the College of Health Sciences, please follow these steps:
- Email the faculty member/instructor outlining the details of the complaint to see if it can be resolved via
email. - If not resolved in step 1, schedule a time to meet with the faculty member/instructor
to discuss the
issue. - If not resolved in steps 1 or 2, schedule a meeting with the academic program coordinator.
- If the program coordinator is unable to resolve the complaint, the student may request a meeting with the college dean.
For complaints related to College of Health Sciences administration (customer service),
course curriculum, advising and/or policy
concerns, please follow these steps:
- Email us outlining the details of the complaint to see if it can be
resolved via email. - If not resolved in step 1, schedule a time to meet and discuss.
- If the matter is not resolved in steps 1 or 2, the student may request a meeting with our college dean.
