Setting the Stage for Innovation

The past few years have been a momentum-building time for Herff College of Engineering. More and more high caliber students are choosing to come here to learn to be big-time engineers inside our state-of-the-art classrooms. Our goal is to bring the outdated Atrium up to that modern level too. One of the specialty interior design elements will be a large portable stage in the center of the room, showcasing Herff work. Touch screens will honor alumni and promote engineering events. This student hub will be an inviting space with couches, charging stations for electronic devices, and niches for small, impromptu meetings. We've never had anything like this before, but imagine how great it could be when we finally do.
