Registration now open for ENGR 4901, Engineering Leadership Course, Spring 2019 

Taught by Dean Richard Sweigard, this course is an introduction to principles of leadership, common strategies used by leaders, and communication techniques that are vital to becoming a dynamic leader. This highly interactive course will include numerous guest presenters.  Held on Thursdays, 4:15- 7:00, this class is open to students in junior or senior standing.

2018 Herff Outstanding Alumna: 

  • Jean Redfield (BSCE '81).  She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Herff in 1981. She holds a BA in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, and a MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Jean is the CFO of Fordsell Machine Products Company in Warren, Michigan.
