Engineering Leadership Course Application

Each spring, Dean Rick Sweigard teaches an engineering leadership class (ENGR 4010) that is open to engineering upperclassmen.  This course is designed to help new and aspiring leaders unlock the potential in themselves and others. Apply today to become a more versatile leader by learning from expert engineering leaders and immersing yourself in real-world leadership challenges and self-assessments. Class size is limited. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

One component of the Engineering Leadership Course is a class trip over spring break to meet with engineering leaders and Herff Alumni.  At this time, because of COVID-19, we are unsure if the trip will take place in 2022.
