Mental Skill Assessment + Reflection

In consultation with a skill development expert, develop your mental strength and confidence with this 2-week reflection program.

Gain a better understanding of yourself and learn how to approach training and performance more effectively. This 2-week reflective process challenges you to define your goals, plan for success, prepare yourself for daily improvement and execute each day. Using your daily data, a trained applied scientist will work with you to create an understanding of the little things you can do each day to understand your mind and body to guide your approach to training.

The initial 30-minute meeting sets goals, expectations and clarity of purpose, helping to consider how preparation and daily execution contributes to growth and performance goals.

The daily survey is an online series of 12 questions sent via text or email at the same time each day. Data is saved to the cloud to create detailed reports provided at the end of the 2-week period to help the reflective process.

The final 30-minute meeting uses collected data, expert knowledge and participant feedback to improve the mental side of daily performance, highlighting your existing strengths and limitations. The goal of the process is to help understand what you are really trying to achieve, and reflect on the small daily habits that we need to complete each day to achieve these goals.
