About Melanie Drisdale

Melanie joined the University in 2019 as the Director of Employee Engagement, Learning & Development. She has more than 17 years of experience as a human resources professional, working in the private sector much of her career. She is dedicated to continuously advancing her HR knowledge and most recently added Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional to her list of accomplishments. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
