IDT Certification Graduation Checklist

STEP 1. (For students in degree programs only) Complete the Change of Status form.

If the candidate is currently in a Degree program, a Change of Status Form must be completed first. (This is NOT an application for first-time admission to Graduate School. This form is only for current degree seeking students wishing to change their degree program by adding the Certificate.
