Project Description: Would you like an opportunity to gain experience as an intern by evaluating programs that make a difference? The Center for Community Research and Evaluation is looking for an intern to help support our mission to provide interdisciplinary social science research and evaluation support for community-based projects. Interns will help design, evaluate, and improve community projects, including federal grant initiatives in the areas of public health and education. Interns will work closely with our community partners such as Delta Health Alliance. Duties include data analysis, coding, data entry, academic research, literature reviews, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Student Applicants: Strong analytical skills; GPA of 3.0 or higher; interest in public health, education, quantitative or survey research, or public policy; familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R preferred; coursework in statistics or quantitative methods preferred.
