Brief Biography 

.Janet Robbins has served in the capacity of Administrative Associate in the Department of Leadership since 2015 and as a Project Assistant in the Student Success Program in Student Affairs from 2010-2015. She is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history in working in the higher education industry. She also serves on the Strategic Planning Committee for the Department of Leadership. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Public Speaking, Administration and Time Management, Ms. Robbins has a varied knowledge of working with budgets, has assisted in scheduling courses and instructors for each semester and in arranging classroom management. Also, Ms. Robbins has assisted in the development and implementation of internal operating procedures.

She has serve as an information resource to staff internally and outside of the DOL, by providing advice, counsel, and assistance on complex inquires, problems and projects.

Ms. Robbins has worked as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years as a Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Trainer (teaching the scouting way to leaders that are new to scouting), and a Wood Badge instructor. During her time in scouting she is the recipient of the Distinguished Commissioner Service Award, District Award of Merit, and Silver Beaver Award (Chickasaw Council-level Award of Merit).
