About Dr. Griswold
Wendy Griswold joined the University of Memphis in 2015. She teaches global and comparative issues, community education and introduction to leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education from Kansas State University (2007), as well as M.S. and B.A. degrees in women's studies. Her areas of interest are community education, participatory action research, and transformative learning. She has 20 years of experience working with communities engaged in environmental, economic, and social renewal.
