Annual Request Submissions
Faculty members are encouraged to submit requests for materials through their Library Liaison or Departmental Representative. To evenly distribute ordering and ensure that funds are spent or encumbered before the end of a given fiscal year, a calendar of request submission deadlines is established annually.
While we give preference to requests from the teaching faculty, as each target date passes, Library Liaisons will add to departmental requests as necessary to ensure funds are encumbered and expended in a timely manner.
Please submit suggestions for additions to the library as you have them.
We will keep wish lists for subsequent disbursements.
To ensure full expenditure of the allocations, after each deadline, your Liaison will select against those funds for your area.
Fiscal Year (2019-2020)
Please submit requests totaling at least 25% of the allocated amount by TBD.
Please submit requests totaling at least 50% of the allocated amount by TBD.
Please submit requests totaling at least 75% of the allocated amount by TBD.
Please submit requests totaling 100% of the allocated amount by TBD.
