Biography

Ji Hae You is an assistant professor at the Department of Management at Fogelman College of Business & Economics. She was an assistant professor at Rucks Department of Management at the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion in the upper echelons, corporate governance, and executive succession. Her research has been published in Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Organization, and Corporate Governance: An International Review. She received her PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
