Biography

As a corporate governance scholar, I study psychological, sociopolitical, and institutional dynamics in and around business organizations. My research interests center around the intersection of board diversity, CEO succession, shareholder activism, and symbolic management. I have published in Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Study, Strategic Organization, Corporate Governance: An International Review, and other scholarly journals.
