Biography

Dr. Laura Alderson is a full-time faculty member of the Department of Management, Fogelman College of Business and Economics, at the University of Memphis, where she has taught since 2001. Her academic experience includes teaching undergraduate and graduate business and management courses at the college level since 1994, and online management courses since 2002. Prior to academia, her corporate experience in human resource management is in the areas employment law, employee relations, recruitment, and administration. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Memphis and her bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Mississippi.
