Mazi - Soprano/ Alto Choir
Mazi, meaning “together” in Greek, is a choral ensemble comprised of sopranos and altos from all academic disciplines within the University of Memphis community. These choral artists perform historical and contemporary repertoire and deliver compelling performances that illuminate the power of the treble voice. Conducted by Dr. Francis Cathlina, director of choral activities, the ensemble builds community and empowers individual growth through relevant music-making. All singers are welcome to join Mazi. No audition is required. Simply register, and you are in!
