Follow these procedures to send an email to your advisees.
- Login to the portal, and then click on your Faculty or Advisor page (in the menu bar at the top of the screen).
- Expand the Banner Self-Service --> Faculty and Advisors --> Student Information folders until you find the Advisee Listing link. Click on this link.
- You will be asked to select a term. Select the desired term and click the Submit button.
- The Advisee Listing screen should appear: scroll to the bottom of the screen and click
on the Email your advisees link:
- This brings up your email screen. The email addresses of all of your advisees will
appear in the Bcc: field.
- Type your own address in the To: field to make sure that you will have a copy of the message; type your message and click Send.
