FAQs

• How do I get started?
  • Please complete the mentor interest form. When a placement in your licensure area is requested, then the Office of Teacher Education and Clinical Practice makes a request to your district. If you work at a school that is not yet one of our partner schools, then we set up a memorandum of understanding with the school district before requesting a placement. Once the placement is approved, you will receive an email from a representative from the Office of Teacher Education and Clinical Practice.
• When will I get paid?
  • Mentors of full-time candidates are paid in December of the Fall semester and May in the Spring semester.
• How do I sign into Student Learning and Licensure?
  • Sign in at https://sll.watermarkinsights.com/ using your school email address.
    • First-time sign-in: Click “Forgot Password” and you will receive an email prompting you to set your password. 
• What is the Educator Disposition Assessment?
  • Dispositions are the attitudes, values, and behaviors that shape how educators interact with students. The Educator Disposition Assessment > is an instrument that The College of Education uses to evaluate the dispositions of teacher candidates. All students are evaluated using the disposition assessment for a grade during field experiences, Residency, and Clinical experiences. This instrument is also used to address disposition concerns. Please see the EDA Concerns Process > for more information.
