Welcome to the Tiger Fit web site!

The Tiger Fit program is designed to educate and assist you in reaching your goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle.  We offer an affordable ($20) eight-week fitness and nutrition program for students, faculty, and staff at the beginning of each semester. 

This web site consists of resources for the Tiger Fit program. Please check out our educational seminars for information on exercise, nutrition, health, and motivation. You can also view a 40-second video of this program.
